Given the highly regulated nature of the products in the U.S. healthcare market, we are looking for senior linguists with a proven track record specifically within the Life Sciences vertical. We prioritize linguists who understand the nuances of patient communications, clinical documentation, and healthcare terminology . Your specialized expertise will contribute to high-stakes medical content supporting patients directly. Important: This role requires the linguist to be physically located within the United States, as verification is performed through a secure browser system that requires access from a U.S.-based location and a smartphone for identity verification. What You'll Deliver Regulatory Review: Adapting and validating target text to meet U.S. healthcare compliance standards. Life Sciences Expertise: Demonstrable experience in translating for healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or clinical settings. Standard Operating Procedures: Ability to work within strict quality environments and adhere to ISO 17100 quality standards. Identity Verification: Ability to complete a secure login/verification process via smartphone, as required by the end client's system.

Native-level proficiency in Romanian, with fluency in English. Must be physically located in the United States. Must have access to a smartphone for secure identity verification purposes. A graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies, OR A graduate qualification in another field plus 2 years of full-time professional translation experience, OR 5 years of full-time professional translation experience.
