About this role
This role is for an asset manager overseeing the Intuit Live Expert retail program. This is a fast paced role that will require coverage in multiple areas at once. You will be working to secure hardware for the program, Maintain vendor relationships as well as partnering with our business unit contacts and store contacts throughout the country. This role will also entail working with finance, monitoring program budget spend as well as the break fix and support processes for the program. Reports and status updates to leaders are also included in these responsibilities. Responsibilities - Owns end-to-end hardware operations for the program - Currently focusing on store build outs but will progress to ongoing maintenance and support. - Identifies store hardware needs, places orders, drives approvals, tracks orders to delivery, updates store contacts - Partners with Finance to secure budget and keep spend within approved thresholds - Owns break/fix operations and local hardware replenishment to prevent store downtime - Directs contractors handling asset-related support tickets - Owns vendor management and inventory accuracy for store hardware - Manages full device lifecycle — deployment, refresh, decommissioning, warranty/RMA, loss/theft claims - Coordinates shipping/logistics and forecasts hardware demand to prevent stockouts - Delivers regular reporting on activity, spend, and high-priority issues - Primary focus right now will be process build outs. Creating playbooks once a defined process is approved - Implementing process improvement initiatives where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Asset management certifications (HAM, CHAMP) Strong grasp of Finance processes and mechanisms Direct experience as an asset manager overseeing major programs for companies in the same class as Intuit. Documented experience working with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, Forecasting and budgeting, Finance plans Experience working with Finance teams and negotiating budgets Strong written and verbal communication skills. Documentation and tracking of work and ability to create playbooks and artifacts as needed. Ability to present to senior leaders as needed, work with external vendors and internal customers.
