This is also including providing technical guidance across functions in-depth knowledge for problem-solving and deliver engineering solution for new product market launch. About the role - you will:

Be responsible to launch products per strategic Time-to-Market roadmap schedule and achieve the objectives of Operational Effectiveness in particular of Yield, Test Time, Quality and Customer Satisfaction for long run sustainability. Failure analysis to find root cause of design/manufacturing problem and initiate new technical engineering idea for solution and improve yield & quality. Take ownership to interact and provide technical guidance across functions in-depth engineering knowledge, consistently work and provide timely solutions, especially, resolved on complex issues. About you:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physic, Material Science or related field. (Ph.D. New Grad are welcome) Capable of communicating in a complex situation with the cross-function support team Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent teamwork, leadership, organization, people management and presentation skills Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update. Fluent in English communication both spoken and written. Energetic and passionate Your experience includes:

Understand basic knowledge of Hard Disk Drive fundamental. Well engineering knowledge about Magnetic properties and Laser Technology Prefer new graduate. Data Analytics to support Global trends. Programming skill is preferable on Python, Matlab, and Visual C Failure Analysis Location:

Korat, Thailand Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with almost 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finish drives.
