WHAT As a Senior Software Engineer - Manufacturing Digital Opertations, you will design, develop, and support production-grade applications that enable critical manufacturing operations. You will work across user interfaces, APIs, integrations, and data platforms to deliver scalable solutions that improve plant performance, user experience, and operational efficiency. HOW Partner with manufacturing operations, product owners, and software engineers to understand business challenges, develop scalable solutions, and continuously improve platform capabilities through modern software engineering practices. Work Arrangement – Onsite The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis. This position may be filled with a Senior Engineer or Non-Senior Engineer. The level for this role will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience What You'll Do L7 Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications that support manufacturing operations and business-critical workflows. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable software solutions from concept through production. Lead technical design discussions and influence architecture across applications, integrations, and platforms. Build and maintain user interfaces, APIs, integrations, and database solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while supporting deployments and releases. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, solution design, and engineering best practices. Mentor engineers and help elevate technical capability across the team. Drive improvements in performance, reliability, maintainability, security, and user experience. Partner with manufacturing, software, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions. Support critical production incidents, including after-hours support when needed. L6 Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications that support manufacturing operations and business-critical workflows. Translate business and technical requirements into software solutions from development through production support. Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
