What you will do
Technical Responsibilities: Partner directly with Divisional Designers, Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and executive stakeholders to advocate for user-centric solutions. Take ambiguous, high-level business problems and translate them into intuitive, structured, and scalable design solutions. Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, wire frames, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps. Develop and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries, ensuring visual and functional consistency across the entire product ecosystem and facilitating seamless design handoffs to development. Partner with Divisional Designer and Usability engineer to steer high-level user research and usability testing, leveraging both qualitative feedback and quantitative product analytics to measure the impact of design decisions. Mentor junior and mid-level designers, review their work to maintain high-quality standards, and champion a strong UX culture within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
(Required): Bachelor or Master’s degree in communication design / Interaction design or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
(Strongly desired): Bachelor or Master’s degree in communication design / Interaction design or equivalent. 7 to 10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to solve complex design problems and create user-friendly interfaces. A keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Strong portfolio showcasing your visual design problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in Medical Device front-end development is a plus. Travel Percentage: 10%
