Account Manager - Facultative Reinsurance

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented broking support to support our Facultative Reinsurance team. The role is responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support, including premium collection follow-up, claims monitoring, endorsement processing, and coordination with insurance companies, reinsurers, and Aon offices across Singapore, London or any other parties.

Follow up on outstanding premiums and reinsurance account settlements. Monitor and track claims status and follow up on pending claim payments. Process endorsements, policy amendments, and other reinsurance documentation. Support the broking team in preparing placement and renewal documentation. Maintain accurate records and filing of reinsurance contracts, endorsements, and correspondence. Coordinate and communicate with colleagues, insurance companies, reinsurers, and overseas offices regarding operational matters. Ensure timely completion of administrative and operational tasks. . Skills and experience that will lead to success Good interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized. Basic English reading and writing skills for handling emails and daily correspondence with overseas offices and business partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
