What You'll Do

Develop strategy and implement integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that align to marketing objectives, ensuring smooth ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion

Work cross-functionally leveraging platforms such as Monday.com for project management to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Set creative direction and manage all internal and external creative resources during development of campaign assets

Monitor campaign performance through its lifecycle. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accelerate the sales cycle and continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies

Provide proactive support to the Geopier Team

Manage content calendar including partnering with Director of Marketing, cross-functionally to develop content pipeline and development of content

Responsible for the corporate brand and ensuring global consistency

Provide strong leadership to the team and demonstrating the company’s values and leadership behavior framework

Minimum 8 years’ experience in Business-to-Business marketing experience

Experience in the construction industry preferred

Experience in project management

Experience with Salesforce/Pardot/Marketing Cloud a plus

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to establish strong partnerships with all levels of management

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Knowledge of Monday.com or other similar project management tools

Your Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related experience required
