Job Purpose



Guide new technologies and mass production developments by generating new technical ideas and maturing concepts designs and drawings to meet the established specification and guidelines with the key purpose of maintaining Honda’s high quality and customer’s satisfaction in mainly, but not limited to, the Power Products category.

Key Accountabilities



• Working independently with minimal support from upper-level associates utilizing key tools to generate high level drawings representing key technologies that meet thespecification targets:

o 2D/3D CAD Software (Catia)o FTA/FMEAo Drawing Issue Processing (Endeavor)o Appropriate Guidelines, Standards, and Regulationo Key Design Calculations (Gear, Spring, FEA, Tolerance Stacks, etc.)

• With these drawings, facilitate the prototype generation, engineering estimates, supplier negotiations, factory assembly confirmations and finally mass production
