Are you looking for an opportunity to build on your finance and accounting knowledge after university while gaining valuable hands-on experience? In our team, you will work on a variety of projects for both local and international clients, ranging from IFRS implementation and financial statement consolidation to financial process improvement, automation, and data analytics. We are looking for a motivated graduate or a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or finance who would like to further develop their expertise in an advisory environment. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and participating in diverse client projects, this position will provide you with excellent opportunities for professional growth and gradually taking on greater responsibility.
Your key responsibilities Participate in advisory projects focused on the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Collaborate on projects involving the consolidation of financial statements for both international and local corporate groups Support initiatives aimed at improving and streamlining financial processes within client projects Contribute to the design, optimization, and enhancement of processes Prepare and process data for projects focused on data analysis Skills and attributes for success University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field Understanding of accounting principles Previous experience in audit, accounting, or financial advisory is an advantage Ability to independently research information and find solutions to problems Strong logical and analytical thinking skills Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English language proficiency; knowledge of additional foreign languages is considered an advantage Strong computer skills, particularly advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel What we offer you ▸ Wor king conditions and flexibility
