Agile PMO (APMO) Intern   Ready for a challenging and rewarding summer? What you'll do

Participate in project, program, and portfolio meetings, and help keep leadership informed on progress   Help track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across multiple initiatives   Support agile ceremonies across our Agile Release Trains, including PI Planning, team standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and system demos   Help maintain schedules, dashboards, reports, and portfolio and delivery metrics   Support the build-out of team-health, flow, and predictability views that help teams and leaders see how work is progressing   Collaborate with teams to capture requirements, meeting notes, and project artifacts   Assist with executive presentations, status reports, and governance materials   Support continuous improvement by helping refine PMO and agile ways-of-working processes, templates, and tools   Work with business and technology stakeholders to keep project information accurate and current   Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Agile PMO team   What you'll bring   Currently pursuing a BS or BA in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, Engineering, or a related field   Interest in one or more of: project management, Agile delivery, portfolio management, business operations, or technology delivery   Basic understanding of project management and/or Agile and Scrum concepts   Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams   Exposure to delivery and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI, or Microsoft Project is a plus   Awareness of SAFe or other scaled-agile approaches is a plus   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail   Clear written and verbal communication   Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team   Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills   Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous-improvement mindset   What you'll gain   Direct exposure to how enterprise programs are planned, delivered, and improved across multiple teams   Mentorship from experienced project and agile delivery leaders and coaches   The opportunity to own a summer capstone: a scoped project you shape and present to the team at the end of the internship, tied to a real need such as a team-health or predictability view or a ways-of-working improvement   A firsthand look at how a modern, agile PMO operates inside a large organization   Not the right fit?  Let us know you're interested in a future opportunity by joining our Talent Community on jobs.genpt.com or create an account to set up email alerts as new job postings become available that meet your interest!
