Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability across enterprise environments. Configure and manage network security tools such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access control systems. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across multiple layers and provide Level 2/3 support. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide network integration. Participate in audits, risk assessments, and incident response activities. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network security and performance. Act as the primary technical liaison between the Internal users and network service vendors. Coordinate vendor activities including installations, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Track and report on vendor deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution. Ensure vendors adhere to client’s security, compliance, and operational standards. Facilitate regular reviews and meetings with vendors to assess service quality and drive continuous improvement.
