What You'll Do
• Deliver a seamless pre-boarding experience in close partnership with Talent Acquisition teams by arranging interviews, managing logistics, and ensuring all required information is shared on time.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for applicants and hiring managers, providing guidance throughout recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update recruitment systems, ensuring accurate tracking and data quality.
• Manage hiring administration, including contract generation, document verification, and timely completion of onboarding requirements.
• Create and maintain candidate lifecycle documentation while ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures.
Skills & Capabilities
• Students in their 4th or 5th year of studies, or recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (up to one year after graduation), available to work at least 35 hours per week
• Proficient speaker of Polish and English
• A great communicator, able to connect and engage with people of various cultures
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes efficiently
• Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
• Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage
