Graduate Project Manager   Location:  London     Start date:  6 th  September 2027     Programme Duration : 2 to 3 years   Salary:  £33,000      Contract Type: Permanent Application Closing Date: Thursday 22nd October at 5pm (may be extended)   What this job involves :      Our graduate programme will provide you with first-hand experience while working towards a professional qualification.     You’ll join us on a 2 – 3 year trainee programme, working towards Project Management Chartered Surveyor status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).     If you do not have an RICS accredited Real Estate degree, you will complete a fully funded online master's degree (MSc) in Construction Management with the University of the Built Environment as part of the graduate programme. You will be fully supported by both JLL and the University throughout your academic journey .        Rotating exclusively within the Project Management t eam you will get variety of experience in how property projects are delivered – from one-off projects to multi-site locations. You will take ownership for real work that will help our clients achieve their ambitions. You will gain exposure across a project’s lifecycle, working on different sized projects with various types of clients and understand the different strategies clients may have in managing their real estate assets .      What your day-to-day will look like:    You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions. The work will vary depending on the team you are in but below are some of what you’ll experience :   You’ll be supporting the lead Project Manager to deliver project tasks such as:    Progress and Design Team meetings taking minutes to define actions and outcomes to move the project forwards   Project Administration from document management/information flow to invoicing   C ontract A dministration tasks such as change control to instructions     D raft ing and deliver ing work that may involve presentations to clients, and progress reports   You’ll learn how to use various programmes/ systems/databases so we can collect information that will help us determining the best solution for clients    Y ou’ll attend site visits to monitoring and reporting against contractor progress   You’ll research and keep up to date with relevant market insight and property legislation that may impact our work    You’ll build relationships across our business and clients to ensure we deliver a great service   You’ll take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth     What you’ll get from us :   We know that your unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives help us think bigger, spark innovation and succeed together.     At JLL, we want everyone to feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to achieve their full potential, and here are just some of the ways we’ll make that happen.   Support from us – The Early Careers team will be with you every step of the way during your programme.
