+ Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts\.

+ Coordinate the involvement of company personnel including support, service, and management resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations\.

+ Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis\.

+ Maintain account information in CRM system including logging all calls\.

+ Support remote territory sales team within the region for sales and administrative functions\.

+ Provide seasonal sales data and forecasting for sourcing team for the region to meet market trends\.

+ Collaborate with cross\-functional teams based on customer needs, product feedback, and efforts around going to market\.

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required

+ Years of Experience: 1 or more years of experience in account management

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office \(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook\)

+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
