Associate Administrator Operations - 1st shift - Albertville Live Haul

You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your main tasks will include: Answering telephones Typing documents and correspondence Compiling data and generating reports Maintaining files Billing and checking loading documents for accuracy Handling any other duties or special projects as assigned This position requires flexibility to work variable hours, typically during the 2nd or 3rd shift.

Education : High School diploma or equivalent. Experience : 2 plus years experience. Computer Skills : Standard computer skills including generating simple letters spreadsheets and or graphics for personal business use or creating simple queries and simply formatted data output using a fourth generation language.
