Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Staff Specialist Solution Design, you will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable, user-centric digital solutions. Through collaboration, solution design, and the application of AI technologies, you will help drive business value and continuous improvement. Transform business needs into scalable, user-centric solution concepts that deliver measurable value Identify AI use cases and design AI-powered solutions leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini Collaborate with stakeholders, users, architects and developers to define and refine solution requirements Design user journeys , process flows , wireframes and mockups to ensure intuitive and effective user experiences Advise stakeholders on digital solutions, process optimization and best practices Plan, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , support testing activities and validate that delivered solutions meet business and user requirements Guide implementation, validate outcomes with users and drive continuous improvement Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Your strong skills in requirements engineering, solution design, and stakeholder management, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across business and technical teams, will be essential for your success in this role. University Degree in Business Informatics , Information Systems , Industrial Engineering , or in a related field 3-5 years of experience in Solution Design, Business Analysis, Digital Consulting or similar roles Strong interest in AI , Generative AI, Copilot and digital innovation Good understanding of web applications , APIs, integrations and modern software development practices Experience in planning and conducting UAT, test case design, test execution and business validation activities Experience creating wireframes , mockups , user journeys and UX concepts using tools such as Figma is a big plus Fluency in English (mandatory) Please send us your CV in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
