Sous Chef (Main Kitchen) - Conrad Singapore Marina Bay

As a Sous Chef (Main Kitchen), you will support the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the Banquet, Outside Catering, and Main Production Kitchen operations, with a focus on Western cuisine. You will also support special culinary projects and collaborations, including the hotel's collaboration to launch 7 Paintings in Singapore for the first time.
