Solution Specialist AI Business Process (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform)

Our solution spans across Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP), Copilot Studio and Power Platform, so you can leverage all your creativity and knowledge to provide world-class solutions to our Top Enterprise customers. As a Microsoft AI Business Process Solution Specialist, you will help organizations transform their business processes and technology to adapt and thrive in today’s data-driven AI world. You will form relationships with C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers among our top customers and help them solve their business challenges through long-term, consultative partnerships. You will help them achieve their business goals by bringing industry-relevant business value insights and innovative, industry-leading solutions to enable their end-to-end business transformations. You will organize and lead the entire sales process, from account planning to closing the sale. You will also be responsible for delivering the One Microsoft narrative, market differentiation, customer centric pitch, business value proposition and outcomes, and compelling proposals with commercial options. Required Qualifications: Several years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and a few years of technology-related sales or account management experience Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of CRM and ERP applications, including Marketing Automation, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Commerce, as well as the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem, and the ability to translate these capabilities into measurable business impact and value. Fluency in German Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Switzerland is CHF 131,800.00 - CHF 192,600.00 per year.
