In this role, you will lead Global Product Management and marketing efforts for the Consumer Electronics & IOT Connectivity Product Lines in order to drive market expansion for Qualcomm’s short-range wireless MCU SoC portfolio, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy, and 802.15.4 (Thread/Zigbee). You will play a key role in accelerating global customer adoption and expanding market presence for Qualcomm’s wireless SoC solutions across various market segments in the Consumer Electronics and IoT Connectivity space.
Responsibilities
Lead the global growth and strategic management of Qualcomm’s short-range wireless SoC portfolio, including Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, and 802.15.4 solutions, ensuring global alignment and across multiple market segments Identify and synthesize global market requirements and trends across geographies, translating insights into new feature definitions and influencing the long-term Wireless MCU SoC roadmap Drive worldwide design wins and deepen engagement with key global customers and ecosystem partners, building a scalable and diversified revenue pipeline Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Unit Product Management and global Engineering teams to align on priorities, ensure execution consistency, and deliver impactful business and product outcomes at scale Lead global Product Marketing initiatives in partnership with all regional (US, EU, LatAm, APAC) teams and channel partners to expand Qualcomm’s reach, ensure consistent messaging, and accelerate adoption in both mature and emerging markets Develop and execute a globally scalable business model for Wi-Fi module offerings, working closely with international module partners to enable competitive pricing, regional adaptability, and differentiated value-added solutions Represent Qualcomm globally at industry forums, trade shows, and standards bodies, reinforcing the company’s leadership and influence in wireless connectivity technologies Partner closely with regional sales and business development teams worldwide to scale opportunities, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and drive coordinated market expansion efforts Own CBN/CE-IOT Connectivity Business Product Lines global revenue growth objectives and long-term business strategy, ensuring all regional alignment with overarching corporate priorities and driving sustainable growth across all geographies Drive global CBN/CE‑IoT connectivity revenue and margin accountability, ensuring a balanced and diversified geographic performance by strategically allocating focus and limiting over-dependence on any single region (with no more than 1/3 engagement and 20–30% revenue contribution, to deliver consistent quarterly and annual results against global business objectives Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline 10+ years of experience in wireless MCU technologies, with deep expertise in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 802.15.4 solutions 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or technical marketing within the semiconductor or wireless connectivity industry Strong understanding of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 802.15.4 technologies, including associated chipsets, software stacks, embedded operating systems (RTOS/Linux/Android) and market ecosystems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and resourceful approach to addressing technical and business
