What You Will Get To Do: Support and assist activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provide technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations. These employees are primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials. Provides administrative, technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas, primarily Goods Movement, Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Operations Tracks and stages Raw Material and Parts for Manufacturing Processes Experience in SAP Goods Issue and Goods Receiving transactions Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process Loads, unloads, and conveys materials and parts to multiple work sites, and performs a combination of tasks under specific direction which may include shipping and/or receiving Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks and machines by hand; loads or unloads materials into or from trucks by hand Works closely with the Integration/Production Control team and shop floor with experience working in a warehouse environment Wraps and packs parts to send to on and offsite locations Provides status of material and/or parts during meetings or other required planning/status sessions Operate company-owned vehicles to execute pick-up and delivery of parts between Northrop Grumman sites/buildings, and offsite locations at times Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical requirements Position Benefits: As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including: Medical, Dental & Vision coverage 401k Educational Assistance Life Insurance Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions Paid Time Off Health & Wellness Resources Employee Discounts This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80.
