Location: Head Office 9th Floor, Magnus Tower, Mindspace, Link Road, Malad (West), MUMBAI-400064, India Job Title Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Role overview Candidate will be part of India FP&A team reporting to FP&A Head. The role requires preparation of annual plan and monthly forecasts, analysing monthly results and working closely with other functional teams to drive business performance Key responsibilities Budgeting and forecasting Preparation of detailed annual plan and monthly forecast Collaborate closely with business and other functional teams to drive delivery of forecast and plan Analyse monthly results and present to India CFO with key highlights and actionable insights for future months Business partnership Partner with business and functions to drive business performance Provide insights based on data analysis Translate financial insights to operational actions to help drive profitable growth Identify risks and opportunities to plan/forecast and mitigation actions to ensure delivery of results Provide cost budgets to each function and monitor actuals against budgets Work closely with controller team to ensure timely monthly reporting Dashboards and Process automation Prepare monthly dashboards for senior leadership and business leaders to help better drive business performance Work on process automation and process simplification through adoption of AI tools Requirements Qualified Chartered/ Cost accountant with 3 to 5 years experience in FP&A role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
