Program Manager, International Testing

We are seeking a Program Manager to join Meta's Global Product Quality (GPQ) team to support payments testing across Meta's product portfolio and contribute to the broader International Testing Program (ITP). You will manage vendor delivery, contribute to testing methodology design, and work with product, engineering, and i18n teams to turn test results into actionable recommendations. The role requires someone who is comfortable working collaboratively across a shared portfolio, applying automation to improve how testing gets delivered, and operating across multiple product lines and geographies, prioritizing based on business impact and timelines.

Payments are core to how people and businesses transact across the Meta family of apps, and test cards and simulated environments can only take validation so far — real coverage requires testing with real payment methods, in-country, the way people actually pay. Your primary focus will be Meta's payments testing programs: coordinating in-country testing with real local payment methods, and managing the sourcing and lifecycle of real payment instruments that Meta teams use to validate flows synthetic credentials cannot reach. Beyond payments, you will support the wider ITP mission of ensuring Meta's products function as intended in every market we serve, across a portfolio that spans the full range of Meta's products with a growing emphasis on the AI-powered experiences Meta is building.
