Our Team Business Insights delivers data-driven insights and solutions by analyzing information across the Personal Lines organization. We help business partners make informed decisions by identifying trends, uncovering opportunities, evaluating performance, and providing objective analysis that supports operational improvement and business strategy. Through collaboration with business leaders and partners, we leverage data to improve customer and business outcomes, enhance operational effectiveness, and drive measurable results.
Job Summary
A day in the life of a Business Insights Intern might include: Retrieving, preparing, and analyzing data from internal and external sources to support business analysis and reporting. Leveraging analytical and statistical techniques to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and communicate findings to business partners. Completing tasks involving business intelligence, reporting, root cause analysis, and ad hoc business analyses. Supporting the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations used by business leaders and stakeholders. Applying quantitative methods to help solve business problems and support data-driven decision-making. Assisting in the interpretation of data and development of recommendations that improve operational performance and business outcomes. Presenting findings, reports, presentations, and other materials that communicate actionable insights. Participating in department and company meetings, special projects, and professional development opportunities. Demonstrating curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and business concepts. Performing other duties as assigned.
