Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Define the specification of ISO 26262 and ISO21434 requirements into our leading-edge generation of 32bit microcontroller products Support generation of safety concept and the definition of safety architecture Take responsibility for relevant safety & security analysis engineering methods (e.g. FMEDA, DFA, FTA, Vulnerability Analysis) during product development Conduct technical confirmation measures to verify the product meets its Safety and Cyber Security requirements through analysis and test Provide the review of relevant ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 work products Support the documentation of relevant customer information and recommendations (e.g. Safety Manual) Collaborate with project managers, development team and customers on Functional Safety and Cyber Security Assure compliance of the used methodologies to Safety (ISO 26262) and Security (ISO 21434) and also Industry standard (IEC 61508) Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A technical degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, functional safety, cyber security or a related field At least 5 years of practical experience within the (automotive) semiconductor industry. Insight of microcontroller architecture or some work experience in microcontroller development Detailed knowledge about automotive standards and proven experience with ISO 26262, ISO 21434, IEC 61508 Knowledge of safety & security analysis methods (e.g. FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA, VuA, TARA) Knowledge in functional safety architectures (e.g. fail safe, fail operational, high availability) Some experience in audits, certifications, standards and process management Some experience in dealing with external customers Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and preferably also in German #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
