You’ll be joining our recruitment team to help deliver a smooth, professional experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, scheduling, and administration across the full recruitment lifecycle. Based out of our Newcastle office, this is a permanent role within our People function. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model. This requires 3 days per week working onsite in your local office. We value collaboration and client impact, so our hybrid model is designed to strike a balance between flexibility, in-person connection, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our people and clients. Here’s what you’ll do Assist with interview scheduling,candidate packs, and other coordination tasks. Help organise and support assessment centres and recruitment events. Provide general administrative support for recruitment projects as required. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment records. Help sift CVs via our ATS. Support the recruitment process by sourcing and reaching out to candidates using LinkedIn and other channels. Conduct candidate screenings and provide summaries/screening notes for hiring managers. Assist with advertising job roles and posting engaging job descriptions. Act as a friendly ambassador for Credera, providing a positive experience for candidates throughout the process. Maintain the recruitment email inbox, moving, escalating and responding to tickets in a timely manner.
Who you are
Organised, proactive, and detail orientated. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new systems, including Workday (our ATS) Good communicator and team player. Curious, flexible, and eager to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition. Some experience in technology or professional services recruitment.
