Responsibilities
Act as the primary support partner to Relationship Managers (RMs) for day-to-day client servicing activities. Manage and respond to client and RM requests related to account maintenance, documentation, balances, statements, products and services. Support new account openings by preparing and reviewing complete client documentation packs for onboarding. Coordinate with CLM, AFC, KYC, Onboarding and other control functions to ensure timely completion of client requirements. Monitor and resolve documentation deficiencies and regulatory requirements to support risk and compliance standards. Ensure all client account-related operational activities are completed accurately and within agreed service levels. Maintain high-quality client records, call reports and documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with RMs, bankers, product partners and infrastructure teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Support client events, after-sales activities and other business development initiatives led by the RM team. Contribute to team projects, process improvements and business continuity activities, including providing backup support when required.
Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; Master's degree is an advantage. Minimum 3 years' experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Account Management or Client Service/Sales Support roles. Strong understanding of client servicing, account administration and banking operations. Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills with a strong client-centric mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to collaborate across global and matrix organizations. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic language skills are a strong advantage but not mandatory . Experience supporting Middle East / Saudi clients and Private Banking clients is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement . Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
