Description Summary: The Space Management and Planning Analyst Sr. creates space planning design and cost-effective solutions for colleagues in support of office relocations, space consolidations, space reconfigurations, new construction and renovations, that align with corporate real estate strategies and workplace standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Interface with leadership and internal construction management to create project budget. Dynamically and graphically report on drawing-sourced space data, including building and department areas, usable square footage, inventory of space types, occupancy rates and vacancies. Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of related experience or 10+ years of related experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: Strong budgeting/accounting experience and knowledge of industry -Best Practices Experience in developing, managing and measuring performance standards, as well as, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills Superior interpersonal skills are required to interact with internal customers and partners at all levels within the Bank Excellent written and verbal communication, excellent computer skills, good analytical and reasoning, data analysis, detail oriented and ability to work with narrow deadlines Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) ( No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
