Laurel Heights Hospital is an intensive psychiatric residential treatment facility for children and adolescents. We are seeking Clinical Program Manager in a hospital/psychiatric setting, prefer experience with children and adolescents Autism or other neurodevelopmental disabilities, including those who are moderately to severely affected by Autism. Qualifications

Requires one of the following LMFT, LPC, or LCSW and training in a recognized mental health field. Experience in inpatient setting preferred; written and oral communications skills, skills in case management, time management, and crisis intervention common to acute psychiatric needs as well as to non-violent crises intervention practice. Knowledge of acute adolescent/child psychological disorders, advanced principals of abnormal psychology as specifically applied to population; familiarity with follow-up resource services available to children; skills in conducting individual, group, and family therapy. Skills in maintaining information as highly confidential; must demonstrate the ability to treat other age populations as needed or have the capacity to develop skills through the organization’s cross-training, orientation program. Must have the ability to clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical records documentation. Candidate will manage clinical programs to include discharges, milieu programming, and the therapeutic product. Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for supervising interns once per week and creating an agenda to follow. In addition, this candidate will participate in internship recruitment.
