Join our Team Key Responsibilities Monitor network alarms, events, and KPIs. Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting. Register and manage incidents. Escalate incidents according to procedures. Support major incidents and maintenance activities. Produce operational reports. Contribute to process improvements. Required Experience & Skills Knowledge of telecom technologies and OSS tools. Education
