The Assistant Manager, Coach Services is responsible for driving the operational and continued growth of Coach's customization businesses. This role partners cross-functionally with design, workshop, legal, retail, and external vendor teams to deliver innovative customization experiences, support global store operations, and ensure consistent execution across customer-facing touchpoints worldwide. Manage execution of global customization programs, including Coach Create and Made-to-Order (MTO), ensuring seamless operational delivery across markets. Support Global store initiatives, including the inventory procurement, and distribution of customization tools and accessories to support a premium customer experience. Send out global communication strategies, including quarterly line opening presentations and product launch materials for retail partners. Analyze monthly customization business performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations that support growth and strategic decision making. Partner with cross-functional partners including Design, Workshop, Legal, Ecom, Merchandising, and external vendors to develop and launch new customization products, monogram designs, and customer experiences. Manage EC Vision and customer-facing customization applications Support financial and administrative processes, including invoice management and vendor tracking.  Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating business performance data into actionable insights. Excellent cross-functional partnership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Experience managing operational processes, system administration, and product launch execution. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards and executional excellence. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Ecvision and Sales Force platforms preferred.
