Global Learning Technology Specialist-Remote Indiana (Preferred Candidate would be within 1 hour of the Carmel, Indiana Office for in person work every few weeks.) Job Summary
Step into a pivotal role as our Global Learning Technology Specialist, where you will be part of a team supporting the technology behind the Global Allegion Learning Management System. You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent, and business leaders to translate complex business needs into innovative, tech-enabled learning solutions. By consulting on learning needs, evaluating technical capabilities, and building dynamic learning experiences, you will directly impact the development and growth of our 13,000+ global employees.
What You Will Do
Content Creation and Tools Support SME led content development by overseeing the use of rapid authoring tools and tips for engaging learners Advise stakeholders on technical solutions for learning including best practices for e-learning Support learning evaluation including survey, evaluation, and assessment options in the LMS Support learning requests requiring customized learning/external support incorporating appropriate technology solutions including SharePoint, Learning Hubs, and extended enterprise domains Learning Management System and Business Support Support the intake process, conduct tech learning needs analysis Recommend learning solutions based on learning needs analysis, including project plans Develop e-learning content and/or support revisions to subject matter expert (SME) authored content Provide support for user generated content in the LMS by identifying and training SMEs as Channel owners/superusers Assist with setting up system notifications and enrollments to ensure onboarding, language needs, and regulatory standards are met, globally Support ServiceNow ticket resolution, meet team service level agreements (SLA) related to LMS issues Oversee and support the channel, page, and catalog structure in the LMS, making recommendations for standards and user support Data and Analytics Provide timely data for reporting and audit requirements Support report requests for stakeholders and admin network, identifying efficiency opportunities to scale the work Support the Global Learning power user and admin network with system features and reporting
