Join the Ford Motor Credit Company (FMCC) Product Organization as a Lead Portfolio Delivery Manager. In this critical role, you will oversee and partner with a portfolio of 5+ critical product teams. You will act as the driving force behind our value delivery, helping teams uncover and optimize their velocity, track critical KPIs, and continuously mature their operational processes. This is not a governance-only role; it is a highly collaborative, hands-on partnership. You will lead demand management and ROI tracking, enabling measurable improvements in resource utilization and data-driven decision-making across the portfolio. You will be responsible for improving cross-functional decision-making, enhancing our quarterly strategic planning processes, and boosting the visibility and alignment of IT investments with business priorities through modern, data-driven tools.
