As a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor, a typical day will include:  Inspects storage areas for organization, use of First In First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies.    Completes inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor, checks the stock, and requisitions necessary supplies.    Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.    Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.    Ensures associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.    Collaborates with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions.    Assists in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.  Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.  Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.  Contribute to team goals.  Always follow company policies and safety procedures.  To Become a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor at HVC:  Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.  Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.  Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.  Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.   We are committed to providing associates with benefits including: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance (HSA & FSA available) Paid Time Off Paid Sick Leave per Colorado law Paid Holidays/Paid Floating Personal Days 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Group Life/Disability Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Travel Discounts, including a family and friends’ rate Hyatt Vacation Ownership is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
