As Payments Product Lead, you will take ownership of one of the most critical parts of our platform. You will lead how payments work end to end across in-store experiences, online ordering and global expansion. From shaping long-term architecture to launching new hardware, your impact will be visible in every transaction our clients process. You will work across product, engineering, hardware, partners and senior leaders in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. In this role, you’ll define and deliver the future of payments for Genius. You will own the strategy, architecture and execution that power every transaction, drive global expansion and create seamless experiences for merchants and their customers, helping shape the future of commerce in hospitality. What you’ll own Define and drive the end to end payments strategy across in-store and digital experiences, creating seamless, reliable and scalable transaction journeys Lead the launch of Genius-owned payment hardware, shaping device capabilities, user experiences and rollout strategies that transform how merchants accept payments Build and evolve a unified payments architecture, reducing complexity and enabling scalable growth across markets, channels and integrations Drive certification and compliance strategies across networks and regions, ensuring uninterrupted payment acceptance and strong operational performance Own relationships with payment processors, gateways and partners, influencing roadmaps and securing capabilities that accelerate business success Lead global payment expansion into new markets, enabling local payment methods, regulatory compliance and faster time to launch Shape the payments roadmap, aligning product, engineering and business priorities to deliver measurable improvements in authorization rates, reliability and performance Establish and track success metrics such as transaction latency, device uptime, certification coverage and merchant satisfaction, continuously improving outcomes What you bring 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years owning payments products in areas such as point of sale, acquiring, processing or embedded payments Deep expertise in card-present payments, including EMV, contactless, PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and secure payment architectures Proven experience managing multiple payment integrations and navigating complex payment ecosystems Track record of delivering payment solutions that improve key metrics such as authorization rates, fraud reduction and operational efficiency Experience working directly with payment networks, processors and financial partners, influencing outcomes and driving alignment Strong ability to operate across strategy and execution, from defining long-term architecture to delivering launch milestones Clear communication and leadership skills, with the
