Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Analyse and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around data and tools access. Identify opportunities to optimise and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects. Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products. Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end user experience. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in technical support, professional services, software development, or product operations management. 3 years of experience in web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, XML), databases, SQL queries, and coding in Java, Python, or C/C++. 2 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, Windows). Experience delivering technical projects and making technical decisions. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering. Experience using Machine Learning and building solutions. Experience in an investigative role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
