Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time Project Management Internship About the role: As a Project Management Office (PMO) Intern with the Peripheral Vascular Project Management team, you will help improve how project and portfolio information is collected, analyzed, visualized, and communicated. You will work with PMO team members, project managers, and cross-functional partners to develop and enhance project reports, dashboards, workflows, and digital solutions that support timely, data-driven-making. Assignments may include creating or improving project reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as power BI, SharePoint, applying approved AI tools to streamline reporting, summarizing project information, and improving productivity and supporting other applications used for project planning, portfolio management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with PMO team members, project managers, and cross-functional partners to understand reporting needs, business questions, and user requirements. Collect, organize, validate, and analyze project and portfolio data from multiple sources. Create, maintain, and improve project reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other business intelligence tools. Apply academic knowledge in a real-world environment while developing skills in project management, analytics, automation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration Prepare and present clear project insights, recommendations, and solution demonstrations to team members and stakeholders Develop reusable templates, data standards, user guides, and process documentation for reporting and digital solutions.
Required Qualifications
Must graduate between December 2027 and May 2028 Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science or Project Management
Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 17th – August 6th OR May 24th – August 13th Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
Must have reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove, MN Boston Scientific Corporate location Previous experience in a corporate or school setting with project management Proficiency with MS Office applications
