Service Parts Associate

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision.

We are looking for a talented Parts Professional to join our Distribution business in (Fresno, CA). Will make an impact in the following ways:

Assist customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and through email with parts inquiries and orders Source and identify parts using catalogs, systems, and internal resources to meet customer needs Process customer transactions including cash, check, and credit card payments Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse activities Maintain accurate records and process required paperwork related to parts sales and orders Build strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing timely support Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
