The team works closely with business partners to ensure client interests remain at the center of decision-making, helping teams translate complex compliance requirements into practical actions and everyday processes. L&C is responsible for ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations, fostering and strengthening BlackRock’s culture of compliance, and providing thought leadership on the impact and implementation of regulatory developments. The department also focuses on building a high-performing Compliance function by promoting excellence within the team and actively investing in the development, knowledge, skills, and careers of its employees. Aladdin Engineering: Aladdin Engineering is the technology organization responsible for designing, building, and evolving the Aladdin platform, BlackRock’s industry-leading investment and risk management technology. Client Services & Solutions : Client Services & Solutions (CSS) is a client-facing organization within Technology & Operations that was formed by bringing together Client Experience and Operations capabilities under a unified model. Its objective is to create a more seamless client experience, improve collaboration across teams, and better align operational execution with BlackRock's commercial outcomes.
