We are seeking an experienced Asset and Configuration Manager to lead Asset Management and Configuration Management practices within an ITIL® 4 and SIAM-based service environment. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for aligning service delivery with customer practice definitions and policies, driving governance, supporting continual improvement initiatives, and providing oversight across multiple ITSM practices. You will lead the full lifecycle management of software, hardware and cloud subscription assets, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of configuration data and operational playbooks. Working closely with customer stakeholders, vendors, technical teams and service management functions, you will help deliver effective governance, operational excellence and service outcomes.

Lead Asset Management and Configuration Management practices, including lifecycle management of software, hardware and cloud assets, and maintaining CMDB accuracy and integrity. Manage service governance activities, SLA reporting, quality reviews, practice performance reporting, and representation at SIAM governance forums. Develop, maintain and continuously improve Playbooks, procedures and operational controls that align customer policies and practice definitions with day-to-day service delivery.
