Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Associate Developer - IT (.NET, Angular & MySQL) position will be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. What a typical day looks like: Assist in developing and enhancing enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and MySQL technologies. Support software development activities including coding, debugging, testing, and deployment. Participate in requirement gathering sessions and gain understanding of business processes and application functionalities. Develop and maintain application modules, dashboards, reports, and REST APIs under the guidance of senior developers. Perform unit testing and support integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Troubleshoot application issues and assist in defect analysis and resolution. Prepare and maintain technical, user, and test documentation. Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Assist in database design, SQL query development, data validation, and performance optimization activities. Participate in peer code reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Support application maintenance, production support activities, enhancements, and bug fixes. Utilize Git and Azure DevOps for source control, work item tracking, and version management. Learn and adopt modern software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks. Contribute innovative ideas to improve application performance, user experience, and development efficiency. Support implementation of security, compliance, and organizational policies across application development activities. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in software development, web application development, or related technical projects. Basic knowledge of C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Understanding of relational databases and SQL, preferably MySQL. Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and software development life cycle (SDLC). Exposure to source control and collaboration tools such as Git and Azure DevOps is an advantage. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and software testing concepts is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced development environment. Basic understanding of enterprise application architecture, APIs, and web technologies is preferred.
