Design, develop, and maintain PEGA applications using PEGA best practices Configure case management, workflows, business rules, and integrations Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Participate in requirement discussions, design reviews, and sprint activities Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure application quality Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams Support application deployments and production issue troubleshooting Ensure compliance with PEGA standards, performance, and security guidelines Leverage PEGA AI capabilities and support basic AI-driven automation initiatives Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver assigned work within sprint timelines Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Graduate degree or equivalent experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification 4+ years of experience in PEGA application development and implementation Experience with PEGA integrations, REST/SOAP services, and database concepts Solid knowledge of PEGA Case Management, BPM, and workflow development Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies Demonstrated solid analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills Demonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualification: Basic knowledge of AI/Intelligent Automation capabilities within PEGA At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
