Sales leader

This role serves as the sales leader of global export business, customers relationship, managing sales activities for RLC, VRF products manufactured by factories across. The position is responsible for driving external sales, ensuring achievement of GES Sales and GM targets through strong customer engagement, pipeline management, and timely support by leading sales team. Manage sales team to achieve target Drive sales performance to meet or exceed assigned Sales and GM targets. Monitor order performance and coordinate internally to ensure revenue realization. Customer Engagement & Account Management; Act as primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, factory visits, requests, and escalations. Support strategic planning for key accounts, including volume forecasting, pricing, quotations and opportunity development. Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Factory Ops) to resolve issues and secure revenue. Team management (talent development and performance evaluation) Qualifications Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team Proven experience in sales or sales management Proficiency in English Strong communication skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Experience working in cross functional team (Marketing, Quality, parts, production etc) Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree with 5+ years of experience – preference for HVAC segment.
