We are looking for a highly motivated HR Data Management Representative - US to perform clerical and administrative HR activities specific to the employee lifecycle including but not limited to new hires, life events, work events, and mass changes. This position will be receiving, processing, and entering data received in the service center related to the administration of HR processes. You will also be responsible for providing employee assistance with inquiries related to Human Resources and related policies, procedures, and transactions using HR systems, service center technologies/knowledge ware within HR Shared Services Center (HR SSC).
Job Responsibilities
Process employee onboarding data and changes throughout employee lifecycle events Maintain employee files and records accurately and meet record-keeping requirements Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors Resolving employee/manager inquiries follow to Human Resources and other related, policies, procedures, and government regulations through calls and emails Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process , including EEO statistics . Job Requirements:
Education
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Human Resources, Engineering , or equivalent combination of education 2–3 years of HR Help Desk and Hire-to-Retire experience supporting U.S. employees, with proficiency in Workday. Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills in English. Willingness to work a night shift schedule under a hybrid working arrangement. Willingness to learn and can-do attitude Ability to understand and execute business processes based on defined procedures and looks at opportunities to continuously improve a task or output. Able to work seamlessly with others to achieve a common goal. Able to create a delightful experience that develops long-term rapport and loyalty. #LI-OS1
