Regional Business Process Owner, PTP

Join our dynamic PTP Team as Regional Business Process Owner at Avis Budget Group BSC in Budapest!   As Regional process owner the job holder is responsible for creating a standard process across PTP EMEA, drive the necessary process and system changes contributing to the EMEA PTP strategy. The role supports the other Regional and Global Process Owners and works in alignment with the PTP SDM, and the country finance and procurement teams.   What you´ll do:   Understand and define BSC PTP business strategy and own EMEA PTP process design. Ensure BSC strategy is in alignment with the EMEA and Global strategy.  Initiate and/or approve changes in EMEA process framework, design and documents  Own the control designs, approve deviations, and accountable for ensuring that the design is effective  Define the BSC PTP KPI framework in alignment with the Global ABG KPI set, understand the root cause of deviations from the target and in alignment with the BSC PTP team define mitigation actions  Provide support for change projects as required and initiate/lead change projects in line with strategy  Manage and work with external and internal partners, supporting the regional BPOs through system implementations, system enhancements, and / or process improvements.  Responsible for the consistency of internal management processes and for good cooperation between the Service Delivery teams and between the different functional areas and project teams such as BSC Transformation and Transition team and 3rd party consultants.   Lead task migrations into the BSC PTP team from countries or other teams  Be a role model for each of the ABG Values and integrate these into everything you do from training, mentoring, and supporting team members.  Assess engagement and drive improvements in the team.  Ensure engaging environment, communication.  Meet with other Regionals and the Global BPO regularly to align and update on projects and processes changes  Requirements: Degree – BSC or MsC level -    Professional qualification preferred  5+ years’ relevant PTP experience  Project management experience or qualification is an advantage  Special experience in business management or operational excellence areas is beneficial  Knowledge of the ABG BSC systems and processes is an advantage  Fluency in English and preferably in a second foreign language  What we offer:   Cafeteria benefits, including SZÉP Card, health fund options, and language courses.  Medical insurance Performance bonuses based on your annual gross salary.  Access to an employee discount program at various hotels, gyms, restaurants, and more.  Opportunities to grow through our internal learning portfolio and recognition programs.  An extra day off to celebrate your birthday.  A vibrant, multinational environment with over 30 nationalities working together at the greenest office in Budapest, the Green House Building.  Avis Budget Group  is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
