Job Purpose / Mục đích công việc The Manager – Digital Platform & Integration is responsible for developing and governing digital platforms, system integration and data exchange capabilities that enable business growth, operational excellence and seamless customer experience. The role acts as the bridge between Business, Technology and external partners to ensure scalable digital capabilities are successfully implemented and adopted. Digital Platform Roadmap EN Develop and maintain the digital platform roadmap aligned with business strategy. Identify opportunities to enhance digital capabilities. Recommend scalable platform solutions supporting long-term growth. Benchmark market best practices and emerging technologies. VI Xây dựng và duy trì lộ trình phát triển nền tảng số phù hợp với chiến lược kinh doanh. Xác định cơ hội nâng cao năng lực số. Đề xuất các giải pháp nền tảng có khả năng mở rộng. Tham chiếu các thông lệ và công nghệ tiên tiến trên thị trường. Expected deliverables: Approved digital platform roadmap with prioritized initiatives, milestones and business benefits. Market benchmark and recommendation paper for platform enhancement opportunities. Báo cáo tham chiếu thị trường và đề xuất các cơ hội nâng cấp nền tảng. 2. Platform Lifecycle Management EN Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business platforms. Prioritize enhancement backlog.
