Regional Sales Manager (Abuja)

Oversee and expand sales coverage across assigned regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with Zenith Bank branches and other stakeholders. Lead, coach and motivate team of ZSM and FSE’s. Track KPIs, analyse sales data and present insight to Bancassurance Sales Manager and management. Ensure sales processes are efficient and compliant with NAICOM regulations Collaborate with internal teams to achieve effective sales results. Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the customer base in the region. Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability and motivation. Meet assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Prepare and present regional sales reports, forecast and performance analysis to Bancassurance sales manager.   Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
