We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, where you will serve as the critical bridge between what was sold and what is realized for our customers. In this high-impact role, you will orchestrate end-to-end deployment projects — including large-scale GPU and network rack installations — on-site within customer data center environments, ensuring every solution lands on time, on budget, and fully aligned to contracted outcomes. You will
Travel regularly to customer data center sites to lead deployment activities — including GPU, network, and large-scale compute rack installations — coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and maintaining hands-on visibility into daily workflows, shift activities, and site readiness. Serve as the customer's trusted advisor and value orchestrator , translating contracted scope into realized outcomes while acting as the primary onsite point of contact for deployment status, risk escalation, and issue resolution across logistics, installation, and construction readiness. Deploy predictive risk insights to identify early warning signals — such as schedule slippage, resource gaps, vendor delays, or site-readiness blockers — and intervene proactively to protect delivery timelines and customer confidence. Drive lifecycle value and expansion opportunities by maintaining a consultative lens throughout the engagement, providing clear daily and shift-level reporting to program leadership, and surfacing areas where additional Dell Technologies solutions can accelerate the customer's business objectives. Embrace change, emerging technologies, and AI-driven tools to continuously improve delivery methodologies, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder coordination across complex, multi-workstream data center deployments.
Essential Requirements
10–12 years of experience in project or program management within technology services, IT infrastructure deployment, or data center operations, with a proven track record of delivering complex, customer-facing deployment projects. Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate as a credible onsite lead and advisor to technical teams, vendors, contractors, customer executives, and internal leadership simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent deployment workstreams, balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality — including daily task tracking, issue troubleshooting, and transparent reporting to program leadership. Willingness and ability to travel frequently (50-70%) to customer data center sites across the US, including extended onsite rotational periods as project demands require - will include frequent weekend shifts.
