About this role

Job Family : Cyber Consulting Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : Active Top Secret (TS) What You Will Do: Support requirements development for an enterprise IGA solution using Okta Identity Governance (OIG), with a focus on identity lifecycle and governance processes. Document Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle requirements, governance workflows, role models, and related process updates. Build and deliver user training materials for access requests, user access attestation/certification cycles/campaigns, identity provisioning workflows, and end-user adoption. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for workflow automation, approvals, and connector behavior, and help validate solution readiness. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), quick-reference guides, job aids, and user communications to support change management and adoption readiness. Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of the solution.

What You Will Need

Five (5)+ years of overall work experience. Experience in IT modernization, Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM)/identity operations, or process engineering. Experience supporting requirements development, workflow documentation, and training for enterprise IT or identity solutions. Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, including joiner/mover/leaver (JML) activities, access governance, and role-based workflows. Experience facilitating UAT, documenting test results, and supporting solution validation. Ability to develop clear, user-friendly documentation, SOPs, and training content. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance. US Citizenship is contractually required. Ability to work on site in Washington, DC, 5 days per week. What Would Be Nice To Have: Experience with Okta OIG or other identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms. Experience supporting change management and adoption strategies for enterprise technology implementations. Familiarity with access request, attestation, provisioning, and governance automation processes. Experience working in a cybersecurity or defense-related environment. Prior experience creating training materials, quick-reference guides, and end-user communications for enterprise system rollouts. The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
