JOB SUMMARY This position supports the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Fees with financial information collection, consolidation, and validation to report month end, forecast and budget financial results for the Greater China Continent. This position will represent the Greater China Continent Finance team to liaise with Greater China properties. This person is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate information / reporting is provided to internal and external stakeholders, data consolidation, data maintenance, as well as report administration and tools. EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
Assist in the process of month end financial information collection, consolidation, validation, reporting, and analysis of Managed and Franchised properties across various systems (Pasunity/Peoplesoft/PSBAR) to report month end results for the Greater China Continent, including ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Participate in Fees Actual reporting and Fees Forecast. Provide timely, relevant, and accurate regular reporting and analysis of the results of the continent by benchmark against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan. Support the integration and transition of the various systems to Peoplesoft ledger. Support the reporting, forecasting and analytical activities including validations, consolidations, operations analysis; Assist in finance operational processes like Room Count Change process, Hotel Status tracking, external benchmarking/survey etc Provide support to all GC properties on daily basis, and in Budget processes including preparing pre-opening budget, budget communication, reporting calendars, and annual Capital Expenditure Planning. Support financial system security administration. Support a variety of projects in the Greater China Finance organization.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Knowledge and Skills
Strong financial acumen with proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent computer skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point, with preference for Excel Macro development skills. Comfortable with different systems, with strong interest explore for new tools and technology. Desire to learn and be challenged to learn new skills. Ability to organize large volumes of data to create a synthesized, meaningful analysis. Strong communication skills. Ability to present financial results in manner appropriate for decision-making (both orally and in writing, in memos or presentation format). Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment or contribute independently; strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Self-starter with strong tendency toward pro-active process improvement. Proficiency in speaking and writing in Mandarin and English required . Additional language skills will be an advantage. Adaptable to fast paced work environment with new and changing responsibilities.

Minimum Job Specifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, computer & statistics, or a related field; successful completion of intermediate accounting will be preferred. 1 or 2 years of hotel experience in the area of Assistant DOF/Chief Accountant/General Ledger will be added advantage.
