**_About This Role_**

+ Performing quality planning activities including development of Quality Plan, Quality Assurance Directive and Inspection Plan documents as required by the assigned project\(s\)\.

+ Reviewing customer contracts; responsible for requirements analysis, identification and definition

+ Interfaces with Supplier Quality Engineering to provide guidance and support for supplier issues

+ Uses knowledge of inspection tools and techniques to define inspection requirements

+ Participates in process improvement activities through monitoring, root cause investigations, auditing, failure analysis

+ Participates in design document reviews and assists in developing fabrication/build processes and standards

+ Interfaces with internal organizations and systems in performance of the assigned Quality Engineering functions\.

_Qualifications_

+ Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

+ Knowledge of statistical techniques and applications

+ Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks

+ Effective written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills
